Meet the team


Ike Emeagwali (Director):
First degree in Mass Communication from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka; worked for 20 years with Nigerian Tobacco Company and rose to the position of Marketing Director before joining The Pan-African University/Lagos Business School as a faculty member. Mr. Emeagwali is on the board of many companies and is also a marketing consultant to several others.


Desmond Nweke (Managing Director):
MBA (Marketing), Associate Member, Market Research Society (U.K); Member, Nigerian Marketing Association; Member, Nigerian Market Research Association; 16 years post-MBA research experience with the last 12 years as Managing Director of MARS Limited. A stickler for quality, he has managed a wide variety of qualitative and quantitative research projects for local and international clients.


Iheukwumere Ishmael (Research Executive):
MBA (Marketing); Member, Nigerian Market Research Association (MNIMRA), Associate member , Nigerian Institute of Management (AMNIM), 15 years in research including 7 years post-graduate project management experience.


Olawale Ayeni (Research Executive):
B.Sc. (Agric. Econs.), MBA (Agric Business) 4 years experience in consumer and social research.
